    seafile is now in Entware repo for armv7 and intel. But it is _very_ heavy. I'm not sure ac56u has enough ram to run it even with swap enabled.

    entware install help

    Some Asian networks are blocked after DDoS atack. Entware installation will fail for such ip's. Find a working proxy and setup wget to use it.

    There is a major change in Entware-ng 1. glibc is upgraded from 2.22 to 2.23 (arm), uclibc is upgraded from 1.0.12 to 1.0.13 (mipsel) 2. gcc is upgraded from 4.8.5 to 5.3.0 3. go packages are added to buildroot toolchain (gccgo allows to build go binaries even for unsupported mipsel 32bits) arm...

    ASAT perl-dev is needed and may be some other packages. I need to refresh my experience tests from scratch. I'll write instructions and add missing packages to the repo if I feel native compilation for perl and python modules is on demand.

    I do not think we should have full development environment on a router. gcc and a couple of tools will help to install perl and python packages that require compilation. It is much easier to write an instruction - "how to install perl package, that requres gcc" then to build dozens or hundreds...
