    I'm using Merlin LTS fork by John, as i mention in first post. This router still supports by this firmware and has updates, thanks to John. I know it's old model, but it works fine and suit my needs, so i decide just keep it until router die.

    dave14305 exec openssl were quoted already, but for some reason quotes gone after use CODE tags... i added -H parameter, and finally it works! Both ways, manual and rebooting. Strange, because wan-start script is works manually without -H Anyways, thank you Dave!

    @dave14305 Thanks! Do i need filename this script "wan-event" or i can use my own name? I just don't know how the system determites which script should run, by the name of the file, or it reads every script code in folder... What if i want to separate wan-event script for several script files...
