    Intermittent DNS failures

No dice :( The proper dhcp-host line is added to /etc/dnsmasq.conf, but resolution still fails from clients or console.

    Intermittent DNS failures

When I tried that it hung dnsmasq. All nslookups timeout until I disable manual assignment and remove the assignment in the UI.

    Intermittent DNS failures

This was working for years and years running DNSCrypt-proxy. It seems the issue appeared when I uninstalled DNSCrypt-proxy and configured the router for DoT. Also, the LAN name resolution is broken for clients too. It's not just from the router.

    Intermittent DNS failures

OK. This is now certainly a router problem and not a DNS server or network issue. I know because it just happened with an internal LAN machine. Meaning I'm getting a failure to resolve while trying to hit another machine on the lan. nslookup myPC Server: RT-AX86U-AR28.foo.lan Address...

They might be on the same chip, but the consequences are very different. Users cannot write to the partition reserved for firmware other than to pass a firmware file that passes the preliminary checks, for one. More importantly users cannot modify or delete files in the partition reserved for...

News Trend Micro: Cyclops Blink Sets Sights on Asus Routers

Ok. I thought I read that it affected the firmware. It looks like it doesn't actually do anything to the firmware, it's just adding some scripts and adding/changing NVRAM variables.
