    Just to report pwr config --cpuwait on is working perfectly fine since 8 months now with no bad effects seen which are related to this particular setting.. Router remains cool by 13° C.     Ok RC4 on 3 RT-AX88Us in mesh mode. Feedback: Wifi on 5Ghz has slightly poorer range than previous RCs If I reboot any of the nodes manually or through GUI, 5Ghz network becomes useless. I can see it but unable to join. Incorrect password error. Rebooting the main router is the only solution...

    I am using latest RC4 on RT-AX88U. Gurus on this forum have mentioned that UL OFDMA is not possible complicated on RT-AX88U, But this option caught my eye. Anybody tried it yet? @thiggins @RMerlin

    On this firmware, my Asus DDNS domain name has suddenly become invalid. It asks to wait for 10 sec in log then again waits and some acme failure. Tried surrender and register new name but still same waiting error. Hope I was not hacked. Will factory reset tomorrow and try again.

    Yes. Thankfully 3x RT-AX88U mesh seems to be fine so far. When you mix models, people are having issues.

    Nice to see an update after 2.5 months, but 386_RC2 firmware is doing brilliantly here since 10 days. Once you install that and get used to new Aimesh 2.0 and support for 802.11k/v, there is no going back.

    Wife needs internet the most when we are about to upgrade the router’s firmware. PS: I always manually select 5Ghz channel 40 and set width to 160. These are literally the only 2 settings I choose for my RT-AX88U. Never faced wireless issues with my model. @thiggins Nice forum update.

    Working flawlessly here. RT-AX88U as main and another 2 RT-AX88Us as nodes. While adding nodes, the progress stayed at 0% for a minute or two and then rapidly reached 100% with success confirmation. Wish Asus changes the GUI icons to display sharp on 4K HiDPI monitors. Right now they appear blurry.

    Yes. But you need to test it out yourself if that very specific feature has been enabled for Asus for that model as RT-AC68U is quite old now.
