File transfers to attached media drive via router usb 3.0 port are still crushing router performance for both cpu and ram use (values at or near 100%). Additionally, the total absorption of cpu/ram for any file transfer over a few megabytes to an attached usb drive used as a media server continues is this iteration of the software.     Just uploaded the new Beta. Dirty upgrade and all seemed well. Page by page inspection found the the QoS - WAN/LAN Bandwidth Monitor page will not load or track wan traffic in any way. QoS seems to have been rendered inop??

    Great suggestions, but this was anomalous with this router. In the past, file size transferred runs 3-4 GB max at any one time...

    Uploaded to RT AC-5300. Dirty flash from Beta 3. So far, so good... Noted in Beta 3 and this final that RAM usage is up 10-11% (63% vs. 52 before cut over). After 30 minutes or so, the RAM usage fell back to 52%. During this whole time, CPU usage was never higher than 3 % in either core. I...
