    Is it possible to allow access to specific mac-addresses only ?

    If you want to control Internet access to a limited number of computers, of e.g. your kids, allow only their MAC to access and assign them specific password. They need not know "master" password used by you. So, no point in changing MAC if they do not know the pwd for that MAC.
