    I am happy with AC68U, but if you want AC68U, be sure to look for revisions of router such as A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,E1 as each has different specs(CPU frequency for EX, as well as WiFi stuffs). Do you have any problem with N56U? If not, paying for anything more than AC68U seems to be a waste of money...

    Not sure if that is where system log is located or not. If it is, then that may partially explain why there is an increase in size. What do you mean by "what will it say for me"? If you don't change any JFFS setting, you should be fine.

    I doubt that it should be there. Since it's bridge mode router is not doing anything processing for each packet, it just forwards everything to the main router.

    Do you have hardware acceleration on? Look at this in Tools-> Network -> Hardware Acceleration. Unless you have that on, you won't be able to get gigabit speed due to CPU speed of router.

    If you have both Trend Micro and Adaptive QoS off, it severs no function. Note that Adaptive QoS uses Trend Micro engine. Restore factory default after several upgrades, or when NVRAM free space gets too small. How much is it now?
