Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 is now available for select models

Yes mine seemed to be stuck at 11 though I had no evidence of any device connection issues. Rebooted router a couple of days ago and right now its reporting 46.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 is now available for select models

I am seeing the opposite actually; which does seem to suggest something different is going on. My 802.11ax laptop had no problem switching into 160Mhz so long as there was no radar detection. But with these last couple of versions (388.2_1 alpha and 388.2_2), my laptop now no longer connects @...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 Beta is now available for Wifi 6 models

My ax86u router is correctly reporting my port-aggregated qnap connection as wired.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 Beta is now available for Wifi 6 models

I have always run with my aimesh node in the dhcp manually assigned list so that it gets the same IP all the time. It is hard-wired ethernet backhaul though. It doesn't show up in the network client list.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 Beta is now available for Wifi 6 models

Dirty flash over 388.2 beta 1 - still seeing "Unable to perform scan. Showing cached results" on site survey under wifi radar when selecting 5ghz options and only 2.4Ghz networks listed on site survey tab.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 Beta is now available for Wifi 6 models

Working on my AX86u without app analysis enabled; I understood this the same as you that it was only needed for per host or app specific measurement.

@RMerlin - not sure where to put this so putting it here although not directly related to 388.2 - on the infamous missing product icon on aimesh nodes. The issue is in this aimesh_data object which you can inspect directly in browser console: For the router (hostname: ax86u-office), the image...

    [ 388.2 alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

You keep replying to these kinds of posts with this comment as though it is the root cause, which is demonstrably false. It happens when both are on the same version too. But at least the link indicator now seems to be working and not showing the broken grey line.

Also happens when both are running the same firmware.

Looks like they were moved into sub-folders now; should see 386 and 388 folders at the top level for the respective code streams.

Still seeing the broken ethernet backhaul in the UI between my AX86Us, but working fine.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 is now available for all supported Wifi 6 models

388.2-alpha1 posted on test builds drive yesterday: https://onedrive.live.com/?authkey=!AGY2taGX02nVmWA&id=CCE5625ED3599CE0!1427&cid=CCE5625ED3599CE0 Oh that lists GT-AX11000 PRO but changelog says: - NEW: Merged with GPL 388_20566 (RT-AX88U and GT-AX11000) So perhaps the 22237 GPL is not yet...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 is now available for all supported Wifi 6 models

You can choose exclusive Ethernet backhaul: AiMesh > System Settings > Ethernet Backhaul Mode. And the popup tooltip says exactly why you're espowsing its use: It is isolated from the place in the UI where you see the other backhaul config choices i.e. in the node management panel. When...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 is now available for all supported Wifi 6 models

Wireless log shows only devices connected to the ROUTER. We are talking about all wireless devices connected to router AND any of the mesh NODES as well in a single UI.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 is now available for all supported Wifi 6 models

It does but not with any of the channel / connection characteristics that you can get in the wireless log info at the router. Getting that aggregated across all mesh participants would be nice.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.1 is now available for all supported Wifi 6 models

Interesting read here: https://community.infineon.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-Articles/Channel-Switch-Announcement-CSA-in-WICED-KBA229053/ta-p/259344 Seems the channel switch announcement is a pre-emptive notice to allow connected clients to know where to jump without having to go through disassoc...

    Release ASUS RT-AX86 Series(RT-AX86U/RT-AX86S) Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.21709

388.1 on both router and node. Only my laptop supports 160Mhz, so all the clients connected to 5G on the node are operating at 80Mhz. I just looked at Network Map > View List and check the TX / RX rate columns - my Apple devices @ 80Mhz top out at 1200Mbps but the laptop shows 1733Mbps and when...

    Release ASUS RT-AX86 Series(RT-AX86U/RT-AX86S) Firmware version 3.0.0.4.388.21709

I also have a pair of AX86u's connected via 2.5G port. I don't have 2 x 160Mhz devices to verify exactly, but having moved my laptop from main router @ 160Mhz to my basement node it does seem to have connected at 160Mhz - the TX/RX speed shows 1733Mbps in the client list.
