    RT-AC88U Problems

well, if it resets on it's own without you touching it then no need to load test. This might be bad solder or bad power supply. To rule out power supply you need to check if your current up to task (load it with say 1 Amp and look at oscilloscope but I assume you don't have one) or replace it...

    RT-AC88U Problems

well, in order to test load you need to plug something to WAN/LAN/USB3 and run some benchmarks/tests. Also, if you turn NAT acceleration OFF - this will put load on CPU. Try USB3 HDD big files transfer, that should max CPU. So that you can see if this would result in reboots. PS: red light...

    RT-AC88U Problems

looks like hardware problem - goes into reboot at random points. If power supply is fine I would RMA router. PS: if it is running for a moment I would test load it to see how it holds if CPU at 100%. If it would more likely go into reboot - then it's either power problem or something wrong...

    [bug] RT-AC87R Traffic Monitor

yes, it did not help with traffic numbers, just taxed router CPUs more.

    [bug] RT-AC87R Traffic Monitor

@asus Is there hope that traffic monitor will be fixed in next firmware? I like router but numbers in traffic monitor section make no sense. Why to have all that features if they are broken. I used to look at my daily/24 hour traffic numbers to check on my network (on old RT-N66U). Now it is...

RT-AC87R System Log - Active Connections

I have about 100 active "ESTABLISHED" connections from WiFi clients which are not longer in network. Hitting refresh button does not clear the list. Where this bogus connections coming from? PS: firmware 380.63 EDIT: is this because in my case the Established TCP timeout is set to 5 days...

Clients missing after 380.63 Install (Router RT-AC68P)

Try "private" mode in your browser. If you see your clients list then clean browser cache.

    RT N66U Client list bug?

I had the same issue with client list been gone. Though in ssh session I can see all the clients connection just fine. It turns out to be browser issue of some kind. After cleaning cache my Firefox started displaying client list.

signature/rule.trf file did not pulled back after reboot

Thanks for explanation. Now I only wish that ASUS sorted out those numbers in Traffic Analyzer screens to reflect correct usage values.

signature/rule.trf file did not pulled back after reboot

As suggested in http://www.snbforums.com/threads/official-asus-rt-ac3100-firmware-3-0-0-4-380-2345.31217/page-2#post-247577 I deleted traffic.db and rule.trf files. After reboot and enabling Traffic Analyzer Statistic - rule.trf file did not get recreated automatically. So, after after some...

    RT-AC87R Traffic Monitor question

I just got myself a new RT-AC87R. Flashed Asuswrt-Merlin 380.62_1 firmware. Start tinkering and found that Traffic Monitor numbers/behavior is kinda out of order. I was googling/pulling my hair for couple days trying to figure it out... I found that 2.4 GHz wireless traffic looks fine...
