    I would say that is fine, i have gotten so much extra life from the old router because of your firmware updates, that if i had to get a new one today, i would probably buy another Asus router.

    You are right but if i wanted to kit it out anyhow, i guess i save on a new wireless device. But then you would end up spending 2000-3000 just on hard disks etc.. I was more interested in how stable, configurable etc, this would be .

    Weird i am not having any issues with wifi calling at all, works just as it used to with the previous alpha versions. I have left the NAT Passthrough whatever the default was before.

    I am seeing this too. Also to add everything else seems fine. (have been using the wifi connection for a few hours and all seems well)

    Why do Asus routers have issues with Apple

    I have nothing but apple stuff connected to my ac66, and it all works perfectly. I don't have 802.11h/d turned on, and my ac66 does nothing but routining and wifi.

    I am not a linux expert but it seems that its complaining about space to write the new firmware instead. somebody with more knowledge about the subject would have to comment about that one.

    Write it to the /tmp/mnt/Flashdrive you have lots of space there.

    I got this too. I just scp the .trx file into /tmp/ on the router then ran mtd-write -i /tmp/file.trx -d linux && reboot

    I just used mtd-write -i /path/to/file.trx -d linux && reboot I installed the old alpha version back and all is fine now.
