    3 is happening because a 2 band node will choose the channel used by the 2nd 5GHz radio of a 3 band router. I would expect to work more predictable if node is a 3 radio model. I think we can happily live with that.

    Same dirty flash over RC2-10. No problems to login using either http or https. Traffic Monitor in Traffic Analyzer looks good, but Bandwidth Monitor tab is completely off. For me, at the present state, it doesn't matter

    Yes, it's a mess! Both on web gui and on Android application. I can't say I care enough about so I didn't send feedback about it. If you care, use Feedback function from webgui.

    My understanding is the same, it only applies to 68U. I don't remember ever plugging the usb adaptor to do an upgrade. The actual upload of the image takes 2-3 seconds.     I have the strongest uptime since I bought GT-AC5300! 22 days and several hours with 10 beta release. Even if this will jinx it, it was a great run! Can't really help you, I've never seen that. A power off and on few minutes later? A different browser? Worst case scenario: a factory reset.

    My bad! Didn't notice I can expand your message to see the entire log. I had a similar situation on one of the first beta. Nothing short of restarting node would solve it. Asus fixed it fairly quickly. When you reproduce it, sent them feedback from router interface

    3. Simple note: "Enable Local Master Browser" will disable Synology hibernation. 4. Fully agree! If you're running Aimesh2, make sure it's disable on nodes too!

    QoS should not make any difference in LAN. How WD connects to your router? I got that DS connects via cable. Yeah, 40mbps doesn't sound great at all. You mean 40MB/s? That would be ~300mbps and especially if your laptop connects via wifi, that would be a good'ish speed.

    Why would you connect to 2.4GHz? Devices are that far from router? You may need to extend your network rather than use 2.4GHz. You should start using a wifi analyzer and see how crowded 2.4 is. In most cases that's the simple and best explanation why speed is bad on 2.4GHz.

    How does your NAS connects to the router? Can you access from the same Windows machine DSM? If yes, can you access DS218 using \\ip_address instead of DSM name?

    I do use a Synology with a Asus networking for many years. I can't really help because I have 0 ideas about AiCloud. Never used it and no plans to try it out. What exactly you want to achieve? To access files on Synology? From mobile? Or from a laptop outside your LAN?
