    afaik running an ad blocker from router is usually not detected from the websites that block you from seeing their content. i have many devices on my network so having the router based blocker is easier to maintain but we still use adblocker on chrome/firefox so we dont get the https broken...

    minor issue w/whitelist. i added an entry princessauto.com , i used "p" to update the whilelist but the "reviews" tab for products in princessauto.com will not display, the reviews are not external links if i disable adblocking the princessauto page will display correctly

    really, if youve been reading any of these threads you should know that you should restore to factory defaults after flashing, this is what merlin suggests if having issues before making a post about fw problems

    i use dnsexit, its free, lots of options to customize, but needs a pc app to be run to update your ip. i wish it was preconfiged in asuswrt instead of trying to use custom settings which i dont know how to use

    never tried the betas, i did a clear nvram for telnet and reset/restore to default within gui of .59, i mostly use firefox so no biggie.

    ac66u no problems so far but on chrome(latest update) theres a blue bar(usage meter afaik) going across screen under the usb icon when theres a device plugged in but not on firefox, minor i know. was not there in 380.58
