    probably yes but: flash another fw like stock and/or tomato to test. try another power adapter. use another wall outlet for power, preferably on another phase. test router at another location other than yours. try another router, any will do, to test out ur current modem/wiring/internet...

    did u try direct connecting from modem to pc and not use any router. imo its ur cable internet connection thats the problem and not ur router . any modem logs? did u try a different router? if u tried all above it could be router hw problem and not a fw problem

    coming from tomato and scripts usually go into "wanup" section so when router boots up it will run the script, just wandering how scripts are run or kept alive after a reboot, especially from the usb device

    RT-AC66U_380.58_alpha3-gcf77301 cleared nvram /restore default after install. nat acceleration wont turn on, set to auto but stays at disabled. sysinfo states "HW acceleration - Disabled - incompatible with: IPTraffic". qos is off

    well further testing reveals that its only firefox from multiple devices, html5. chrome(html5) and ie(flash) dont have any load time issues or lag. rebooting router seems to solve firefox issues but only for a short time. disabling any vid addons didnt help. im used to and like firefox more than...

    i use those cheap furnace filters from home depot, cut to any size needed and they have good airflow, i put it in all intake vents for pc's. the more expensive filters do "filter" better but starve my furnace of airflow and therefore less airflow output at vents and furnace runs longer for it...

    How do i setup a wireless bridge with merlin to ADSL > cable

    i have successfully done so using tomato on a wrt54tm in bridged mode and merlins on ac66u as the wan router. the wrt54 can give wireless and wired clients access to internet and lan. the wrt54 has to be configured correctly. read a post for a similiar setup w/pics using 2 tomato routers here...

    internet connection or lan network are giving you problems. if its internet, connect one good working pc wired directly to modem(without using router) and test connection.

    If power supply was good then it was probably just a bad capacitor. They're cheap but u would need soldering skills to swap it out. Iirc there's only one or two caps that would need replacing and they're tied to the incoming power supply hence ur flickering leds
