    Could be. Since it solid as a rock in both connection and speed it could be just incorrect display values giving a misleading report. Doesn't appear to be a major problem.

    Set your upload and download to what ever your being provided. Go to configuration/rules. Under service name type in what you want and select the device under source ip/mac. under priority set the device to to desired level and then click the plus sign. Repeat for all the devices...

    Ended up having to go to the fork versions with the security updates. Not for anything Merlin did but the issues with the new code asus has added. It looking like the harddrive issue goes deeper then expected and involves the linux kernel they are using.

    Understandable and thansk for the response. I checked both the drives they are fine and the scan actually shows them being fine. Oddly if one is plugged into the top port and the other the bottom both show as corrupted. But if i switch them around only one drive shows as corrupted...

    After testing the latest stock firmware it seems the majoirty of the bugs are from asus themselves. Example the harddrive error bug is from them.

    Like others my harddrives are showing up with errors which is a tad unlikely that both failed at the same moment. Already unplugged and checked both which turned out to be fine. Ejecting the disks safely and changing usb ports seem to correct this as the test past fine. Unfortunately...

    Noticed a minor bug. I site survey you get a Asus showing up regardless of what of what you name your 2.4ghz. It seems to be the Extension Channel rather then the Control Channel. Its merely cosmetic and doesn't affect function in anyway. Rt N66u

    Could be either. Every router seems to have a bad firmware or two and no matter who you buy from you can always get a dud. The Asus routers themselves with Merlin firmware have a fantastic rep and i love mine.

    N66U solid as a rock since install. Reset nvram and flashed without issue then uploaded my settings. Coverage same as before and speed is good. Parental control change is certainly there but that's asus and not Merlins doing. Sit back and relax Merlin you done good .:D

    I went back to the SDK5 as mentioned since there seems to be a wireless issue with the last one. It connects and works fine but after a period speeds drop drastically and requires a wireless change to restore. Iam guessing this is a asus mistake rather then a issue with the firmware here.

    There a month feel to it as other have mentioned and i run into no major issue. Beyond that all hold of major testing since i just had wrist surgery and i am rather out of it on meds..lol. Some final firmwares made by companies should be this bug free.:D
