    Yes, under the firware upgrade, I checked "I would like to retrieve beta firmware", then the issue was gone.

    I am waitting for Asus WIFI7 with 2.4G, 5G-1, 5G-2, 6G-1. 6G-2 . all 4x4. routers. in my house setup, only 5G wireless backhual performs the best.

    I just hope Asus would release WIFI7 devices with 2.4G, 5G-1, 5G-2 and 6G radios in the U.S Market, 6G in wireless backhual is not a good idea.

    Aimesh speeds slower with new AX11000 pro firmware

    Here are my screenshots: HOWEVER, I DO experience the wrong wireless backhaul information. On my both GT6 nodes, both display I have wireless backhaul with 2.4G radio, but actually I am using 5G-2. I am not sure how to fix this because I have tried reset all the equipment.

    I update the firmware via APP, and I will try the hardret later after my meeting. is hardret always recommened for firmware upgrade? or just firmware change from 3.0.0.4 to 3.0.0.6?

    I just update my GT-AX11000 Pro to the latest 3.0.0.6.102_34713 today, and system log shows potentially unexpected fatal signal 11. I never saw this error message in 3.0.0.4 firmware, and I am not sure if this is just the new firmware bug? my Router is in AP mode, so no other features are...

    Aimesh speeds slower with new AX11000 pro firmware

    I have AX11000Pro and GT6 with latest firmware from the Asus website and I have no issue on the wireless backhaul. my PHY rate is about 1800/1700Mbps for Transmit Rate and Receive Rate.

    To me, its the 5G-2 wireless backhaul at 160Mhz, UNII-4 provide Non DFS channels, so channel won't get disconnected so often. with 160Mhz and nonDFS channels, I could get stable 1700-2000Mbps PHY rate without disconnection. Otherwise, I really don't care about UNII-4 bands

    thanks for the clarification. I thought the 3 extra channels were 167.173 and 177. I was just suprised that XT8 could get recertified while AXE16000 a premium line didn't get it.

    its my understanding that 1st 160Mhz channel matches UNII-1 and UNII-2, the 2nd 160Mhz Channel matches UNII-3, then 3rd 160Mzh channel matches UNII-4. the top screenshot is from AXE16000 Asus website directly. Similar photos for AX11000Pro and GT6. see my screenshot below

    my only complaint is AXE16000 does not enable UNII-4 channels on 5G-2 while the sale feature clearly states 3 160Mhz channel in 5G. my wireless AIMesh with 5G-2 channel at 160Mhz is not stable at all. Just hope the next firmware would have a significant update. ( my AX11000Pro and XT8s get more...

    GT-AXE16000 160MHz on 5GHz#2

    I sent mutiple emails to Asus Support USA and asked to enable UNII-4 bands in the United States, but after I got 2 replies, they stopped responding my emails. From Asus AXE-16000 feature introduction, it clearly states the 5Ghz has tree 160Mhz channels, which UNII-4 is at the last channel.
