    This sounds similar to the speed reduction people see when hardware acceleration is turned off. Might want to check that if you end up flashing back to 384.3

    You would install FTP/SFTP server software on your server that would run as a service and listen for connections. I’ve heard that FileZilla can be used for this but I’ve not used it myself, nor do I know if there is a better option. Then you would use port forwarding on your router to forward...

    I have about 35 devices online at the moment so the routers light is always blinking. Just taking a short look at outgoing traffic I’m averaging 30 KB/s.

    What server is it and what kind of sever is it? What tool are you using to see these ping times? Perhaps trace routes would show some useful information.

    Have you checked temps? Maybe they are getting high and the CPU is throttling. The fact that the router “was working for 30 mins” on the stock firmware isn’t a super great test.

    I think you’d want both HW NAT and the firewall enabled. Can’t say that has a thing to do with your issue but it’d be worth a shot.
