    Yes! I did say reset :) I did mean to defaults. As you say it could be so many things, I am thinking it may be something to do with the Smart Tv. I'm going to go through everything again anyway, and make sure I haven't missed a setting somewhere ;)

    Using HDHomerun Firmware 20140623Beta (Which has been working flawlessly so far.) Yes! Reset and rebooted and re-scanned channels too, perhaps it's due to the upnp on the Samsung Tv 40", it's the device I stream to the most.

    Hmmm! I wonder what the issue is then? Also running 8.1 but was using upnp on Samsung Smart Tv. I also had same issue on my HTC M8. Good to know, maybe I'll give it another shot, but my picture is so crystal clear atm, it's amazing.
