    He's waiting to get the codes for all the models. Otherwise he'll release 56 with partial model support and the next FW will support the other models. I don't think he wants to do that.

    He hasn't posted anything but he's still developing FW. ASUS sent him something unannounced to play with. I do hope ASUS send him recent codes so his FW doesn't trail back 1 official FW.

    I just discover OCing doesn't work. It stuck at 800/666.

    I'm really missing your FW. :( The reason I upgrade to this is for the Security Fixes. I feel it's gonna a long wait before you can development to this model. I see you got a special package from ASUS. I think I know what it is. :]

    The only issue I notice is traffic analyzer is missing. Traffic analyzer is mention in the release note but I don't see the function anywhere. I also notice DNS filtering is missing from AiProtection tab. I hope Merlin bring those functions back.

    Did you report it to Asus? My ping spike like that too. Actually the spike interval is less on mine. I did the test with Apple's driver and it seems Asus's driver is still the best. Pike spike is a lot more frequent with Apple's driver.

    Is Beam-forming enable on the card? because it causes latency spike to the router.

    It seems NAT accel reduces CPU usage by 50~70% on a core. I did a speed test on my 100Mbps connection. The other CPU core was 90% free. I guess it's fine for most people with it off.

    You can block it using DNS filtering in AiProtection. Use Open DNS home. You have to sign up an account to configure what you want to block. https://www.opendns.com/home-internet-security/ Click on the dashboard to get started. Also download OpenDNS updater to keep your ip updated to OpenDNS.
