    That's pretty much lab setting. With no other interference. So if you actually see that then you don't have neighbors close enough. There are only 3 channels that can be used in an area without interference. 1 6 and 11. In my neighborhood i see 12 different ssids on 2.4. Its impossible...

    Yep that's pretty normal on 2.4. Do your devices not support 5ghz? Did you check to see how many other 2.4 wifis are around you and what channels?

    If your using channel 4 you are actually overlapping channel 12456.

    Because your using 2.4ghz. That band is over crowded. Use 5ghz. And also use the wifi analyzer app to see what channels are less crowded.

    So it turns out problems starting coming back after I reinabled ipv6. Turned off ipv6 and all us good again. I'm using native mode with Comcast . Firmware issue ?

    I fixed my 68u. I cleared nvramandfactory reset. then updated to latest firmware . Then factory reset again. Now all 2.4 and 5g have been connected since the update yesterday !

    Both my wife's and my htc 10 will not stay connected via 5ghz either . Seems setting to N only helps a little . Also my older LG g2 disconnects too just not as frequent. 68u here

    Thanks for this! After this release my htc10 finally doesn't Disconnect every 5 min and reconnect. And actually keeps a stable 300mbps link to my 68u.

    ppoe issues

    Hello, on the asus rt-ac68u. after about a week of being on my internet will stop working. after a reboot its back and fine. merlin builds are better than stock, but still do it. any idea of a fix? im using bridged mode from my dsl modem. thanks in advance. Jacob
