    Sounds like you need to enable the LAN Boost option on the GameBoost page for the Adaptive QoS to function properly.

    Try disabling it. You may be sending traffic out that VPN and bypassing the QoS settings.

    Got me. You should be getting test speeds closer to those limits. It's like you're bypassing the QoS entirely for some reason. Is GameBoost enabled?
