    Correct, I also use the 25524 fw. also tried the RC2 and all the way back to the first official release... but its maybe like you say.. a bad unit.

    Yes, i´ve disabled it on 2,4 5-1 and 5-2... it doesnt matter :(

    thanx for tip, but its not my computer thats the problem. Nod goes from GREAT 5ghz to WEAK 2,4 signal after a short while

    Yes, if I reboot nod or router it goes back to 5ghz.. but then I need to reboot every 30mins.... so it not gonna happen

    The problem I have is that when XT8 drops to 2,4ghz.. it never goes back to 5ghz... I have tried to disable DFS... manually choose only 80mhz... disable 160mhz.. run AUTO 20/40/80/160.. running only 160mhz.. and more..     Has there been any progress about the node dropping from 5ghz to 2.4ghz wireless backhaul when it comes to XT8? I've sent feedback about this several times through router...

    Installed it on my XT8, did a hard reset (wps), but nod still drops to 2.4ghz... the router and nod is just maybe 15meters away from each other, 2 floors with an open stair between floors. Nod is right by the stair on second floor and router on a shelf just a few meters from the stair on...

    The new RC 2-3 build still drops to 2.4ghz after a while. But haven't tried to do a factory reset. Just installed it top on 25524.

    Im having the same issue with AX XT8.. have to restart nod every 2-3 day to have 5ghz uplink. I´ll try turn the APSD off and see what happens.

    EDIT: For the moment my system has been running real good for 2 days now. I locked 5ghz_2 backhaul to 160mhz only and using channel 128. But I do run the RC2 beta build.. havent tried the setting with official fw yet.. dont know if I dare to do that either... *lol*
