    Can we get a setup guide for the new 384.11 DoT and NTP settings

    what about the two ntp server addresses under Administration->Basic Config->NTP Server and Secondary NTP Server. Should both be filled in? I have it setup to have a local ntp server and also to redirect ntp requests to my local server.

    DoT is not really protecting us against ISP snooping is it?

    I get that it is making it so our ISP cannot snoop directly on our DNS queries but can't they just log all the IP addresses you connect to and get the exact same info? Sure they have to do an extra step to then get the ip to name resolution. DoT is more for protecting against DNS hijacking...

    The changes are awesome!! I am in no way complaining, very exciting stuff being added in 384.11.. "but.." I am having a hard time following what needs to be set and where. I doubt I am the only one. There are places to enter DNS Servers all over the place, so which ones need to be set...

    RT-AC86U running 384.11 Beta 2.. clicking on "WAN Bandwidth monitoring FAQ" on Adaptive QoS page leads to a broken link. "https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1010934" is not valid.

    I normally point local machines's dns to the router and secondary dns to 8.8.8.8.. is that bad?

    On my RT-AC86U and RT-AC68U running 384.8_2 under Wireless->General for 2.4Ghz "b/g protection" is enabled but grayed out for everything legacy legacy(where it can be actually disabled).

    Asuswrt-Merlin 384.6 doesn't start nginx

    Why not create an init-start in /jffs/scripts/ (https://github.com/RMerl/asuswrt-merlin/wiki/User-scripts) and put the start there? At least to try and see if it works.. according to the wiki that is the earliest things can be added.

    Are you certain it's not just the way linux uses memory as it sees fit? ie.. disk caching, buffers, etc?

    does skynet do email notifications? not sure if this is feature creep on a firewall program.. let's see what @Adamm says.

    @Adamm would it be possible for you to add in some basic checks like if the language of the router changed? and maybe some other settings that would indicate if your router got hacked? And an email notification if suspicious changes were made.
