    GT-AXE16000-did a clean install over ASUSWRT firmware (stock) with no issues and as RMerlin pointed out the 2.4 GHz temp reports correctly. No abnormalities, to include VPN (Express VPN) client and director, detected so far. Thanks RMerlin!

    Just throwing this out there since the ASUS GT-AXE16000 has come online-are there efforts at this time for ASUS-Merlin firmware for this model or are there hardware issues that would make it difficult? Would love to see this come to fruition.

    Who is your VPN provider? In the case of NordVPN you can associate your WAN IP address with what they call smart DNS on their website-this would fix the Netflix issue. Just putting it out there.
