    Failover to USB modem with ping watchdog doesn't work

    Hello, I'm trying to setup failover/failback with Ethernet WAN and USB Modem. The problem is that WAN doesn't disconnect physically when it fails, it just goes to the 99% packet loss mode. So I setup ping watchdog to be 10 times x 1 sec to 8.8.8.8, but it seems it is never triggered. WebUI shows...
