    I guess my big thing is I love the pihole UI.. makes it very easy to select devices and see which urls they were attempting to hit and easily whitelisting them if it is something I need. Also bring able to suspend pihole with a timer if I need add servers for some reason and it auto reengaging...

    Right now I use PI-hole on a Rpi2 as a whole home adblocker... I am confused by all the other adblockers that run on the router itself. Is there any advantage to any of them vs PiHole?

    Did ASUS already pull this firmware? Wondering if I should revert. Noticing random drops on my devices (have to restart a device for it to get internet again). Starting to wonder if my AC68u router (and/or my mesh node) is the problem and it is time to upgrade to something better.

    Since the latest fw update my ac68u will brick itself if I try to disable or edit a guest network after I turn one on. I have to do a recovery boot to get it to even go to a setup page.

    Anyone else have an issue with openvpn on this firmware? If I select to redirect lan and internet on a tap openvpn connect then the clients internet won't work. Never had this problem on merlinwrt... Also wish they would allow more than 1 openvpn server instance

    Only thing I can say about the 384 from Asus is there seems to be an instability issue with AC68... My ping times sometimes go from 4 ms to 100+ ms on my fiber connection and sometimes i lost internet on connected devices.

    That is the entire point of Mesh vs Repeater... Mesh automatically transfers you to the node with the best signal to your device.

    Was using the previous AiMesh beta firmware for the AC68... Before that I have been using MerlinWRT for years without this issue.

    Anyone experiencing speed slowdowns with the latest 12/16 firmware? I have my desktop hardwired into my primary router and after a reboot i get my standard 4 ms 900+ Mbps down and 900+ Mbps up.. after a few hours my ping times on the same server start to creep upwards of 30+ ms and my speeds...

    I downloaded the latest 19612 from the link in post #1 but when i flashed my AC68s it still reports Firmware Version:9.0.0.4.382_18489 Nevermind.. a reboot on all the routers seemed to have fixed it. Can you please fix the "Check Update" on the firmware version page? It keeps wanting to load...
