    though the lan port 1 was not working, i managed to do a new full firmware on lan port 2 and get the port 1 working again

    The same issue i had with Lan port 1 not working, but was able to put into recovery mode and the user lan port 2, and go to http://192.168.1.1 and update the firmware from there instead of the tool

    I had the almost the same issue, and used many hours finding a solution. at first i thought my router was bricked because the blue lamp was blinkingm, but found out that it was because it was in recovery mode. after that i tried the restore utility from asus, that worked well, the issue here was...
