Asus Zenwifi Xt8 issues.

So I spent a ton of time trying to fix the router after installing the latest firmware and also went back step by step to downgrade to previous version and then almost decided to throw the router away and go buy something else. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! Then I ran into this thread and as a last ditch...
