Nvidia Shield TV PLEX Server Slow Access to Asus RT-AC68U USB HDD

Did you upgrade the Shield to 8.2 yet? Has SMB fixes in it.

    CakeQOS CakeQOS-Merlin

I couldn't get my Ring Floodlight Cams to play nice with Cake - no settings seemed to change my ability to view live streams. My Ring Doorbell2 had no problems though, and I don't understand why the doorbell worked perfectly, and the Floodlight Cams struggled. Uninstalled Cake and went with...

Alas, the nonat option for me was temporary. It's hit or miss now. Will try no-ack-filter and report back. We have a very similar setup, but my 68U is in AP mode, letting the 88U do all the routing work. Any reason you have your 68U doing routing (just curios - seems more complex)

I have a similar setup, but 1 Floodlight Cam and the Doorbell 2 connect to an AP (AC-68U) - but I have some other IOT devices also connected to this AP, but their bandwidth is minimal. The other Floodlight Cam connects directly to the Router (AX-88U). My battery powered (but connected to...

What's interesting is that it was my 2 x Flood Light Cams have this issue, but My Doorbell 2 was working fine. Now that it's working, I'm just hope that setting nonat is not causing besteffort to not function properly. I was looking over the Cake documentation, and seems that nonat is the...

    CakeQOS CakeQOS-Merlin

I was having problems with seeing live video feeds from 2 x Ring Cameras (connected via Wi-Fi). Whenever I went to see a live video feed, the video would not start. However, the video did upload to the Ring Servers, and I can go and see that footage. I narrowed it down to Cake. When I turned...

Router Traffic (192.168.X.1) not going through the VPN?

No luck, I gave up. I see your other thread, following that.

Router Traffic (192.168.X.1) not going through the VPN?

Any help here? I don't understand why I'm getting my ISP IP when checking from the router.

I feel dumb - can't figure out how to change to diffserv3?

Router Traffic (192.168.X.1) not going through the VPN?

I have Aria2 running on my AX88U. I wanted to confirm that traffic from Aria2 was routing through the VPN. I thought I could do this by SSH into the router and determining my public IP. When I run various commands via SSH to check (like curl ifconfig.me), the IP that is returned is the ISP...

Asus RT-AX88U LAN to WAN Speed problem

Better - gained about 100 Mbps

Asus RT-AX88U LAN to WAN Speed problem

Which LAN drop do you have your Laptop plugged into on the back of the AX-88U? I did find that drops 5-8 provided better speeds over 1-4.

Ah, misunderstood - I thought connecting directly was bypassing the converter.

Asus RT-AX88U LAN to WAN Speed problem

I have an AX88U as well, but only have 200/10 Mbps service. However, have noticed similar speeds as you when doing LAN to LAN speed tests with Iperf3, getting 500-600 both ways. When I hooked up an old Netgear router I had laying around, LAN to LAN went to 940 or so both ways. If you have...

RT-AC88U with Merlin Version:384.17 too slow LAN speeds

I'd be interested to figure out the LAN to LAN throughput issue too - I can't get above 850 at all. Using an old Netgear router (which got around 940), I've ruled out any client or wiring issues. Seems to be a router software or hardware issue.

RT-AC88U with Merlin Version:384.17 too slow LAN speeds

I have an AX88U, and have noticed slower than expected LAN speeds as well (not as drastic as you). I was getting around 600-650Mbps on stock ASUS firmware testing through Iperf3. I hooked up an old Netgear Router I had lying around to test, and was getting around 900-950Mbps using that, so I...
