    I saw a screenshot of someones debug page with much more info than stock. How do you enable that? I guess I'm asking what is the difference with Voxel's firmware from stock? I don't see any additional settings or extra information about what's going on with the router? Thanks.

    I bought the ASUS RT-AX88U because I wanted the more powerful hardware and increased RAM that it has for gigabit internet connection. I do not have any AX clients yet.

    I'm not even sure how I could figure that out. They said the DHCP requests were coming from the MAC address of the ASUS router. I do have about 18 devices on my network, but one of them would have to know the gateway IP of my ISP, wouldn't it?

    So, Merlin, if you could take a look at this, what I've narrowed down with my ISP as to what is happening is that my ASUS AX88U with Merlin 384.10 beta2 5640 is requesting an IP address through DHCP even though I have a static IP set up with them. So the ISP DHCP server keeps denying the request...

    Here's an odd thing that started to happen recently, whenever I turn on my VPN client software on one of my computers and start flowing some traffic for 10-20 minutes, I lose my internet connection. When I call tech support to fix it, they have to reboot the media converter outside my house...

    That happened to me also a couple days ago. I was running a Pi-hole DNS server and once I took that down, things started working. Never happened before, not sure why that was happening.

    I see Skeal is answering for everybody again, anyway if you look at the photo, you can see that in the classification boxes, it is giving full descriptions of settings rather than the actual classification name. That work for you, Mr. moderator?

    5GHz Dead with Merlin 384.9 on RT-AX88U

    Yes, you have to disable DFS and manually assign a channel on the 5g settings page. I recommend turning off the HE frame support as well. Take a look at this post.. [384.9_Alpha - builds] Testing all variants.

    6 days up time with ~20 clients and some wifi devices with 144hr connection time on mt AX88U. Working great.
