    A good MoCA 2.x connection would see around 700 Mbps PHY rate per channel, so a MoCA 2.5 link with 5 bonded channels would be around 3500 Mbps. edit: p.s. You could test the max possible rate by direct-connecting a pair of adapters using a short coax cable.

    It would be interesting to see what you measure for throughput were you to move your 2nd MA2500D to the host Roamio location in place of the WF-803M, to explore how the improved PHY rates affect actual throughput.

    Any coax outlets around? If the coax is unused or if the needed frequencies are clear, and the lines are or can be interconnected using MoCA-compatible components, MoCA is a much more preferable alternative to extending the router LAN via wire than Powerline.

    Tester appears to be BNC female, I think; so you’d need a BNC male to “whatever” adapter, where “whatever” is the connector type needed for your cabling and or wall sockets. Or you could check for alternative testers designed for the task.
