    Just did all that and still shows 1.0.1.9. Not sure what else I can try.

    Just did the two step upgrade as my CFE was at 1.0.1.9. Even after processing both steps the CFE has not changed to the desired 1.0.2x. The firmware is showing 3.0.0.4.374.43_2-18B1j9527. Should I try it again?

    Strange..my AC56U is not in a prime location (Basement where my UPS is) and I have a good signal and speed with both 2.4 and 5 even on the second floor although I don't have your congestion. What are you settings for 2.4?
