    Curious, probably out of topic. Always get Guest network 1 with 192.168.101.x and 192.168.102.x with port 53 unreplied. Works with DNS director (other than Router redirection) with port 53 assured. Need to adjust Guest clients with same subnet mask as router’s? Also not sure if this is best...

    Never had any leak/block list getting through with minimal NextDNS DoT config. Something breaking the type=65 in Diversion (Quad9 DoT)

    Updated to 388.1 on RT-AX58U and WiFi is a trainwreck

    Mine is working fine now. No third party scripts installed tho. Wifi has never been solid but my WAN dns set to Quad9. The only adjustment I need to make was the rebind protection. See this thread This is my spare AX86S tho. The main AX86U using amtm Diversion, Skynet, Ntp merlin with Quad9 TLS.

    I should probably change mine from Asus’ default. Going back to this topic. I don’t see much benefit enabling 40mhz because most IoT only shows 20mhz even when 40mhz only enabled. No complain about speed tho, most above 80mbps, and no overlapping with neighbours.

    I was using NextDNS on one of my AX86 router, I am behind CG-Nat using Skynet. Only switching to Quad9 wan+privacy dot works. Not sure what changed. But routing table was odd with Next DNS as WAN dns too

    +1 same settings but with DNS frequency set to aggressive (by default) and Rebind protection on, 9.9.9.9 as WAN dns, + 9.9.9.9 dns privacy default. But I enabled get dns from ISP on power cycle on firmware update just because I am behind CG-Nat. Edit : ISP dns frequency

    Very good release. More stable wifi after learning what/which channel to pick. Also curious whats changed with Apple crap. Spam of lb dns is gone, which appear in Beta 4. lb._dns-sd._udp.6.0.0.192.in-addr.arpa lb._dns-sd._udp.0.50.168.192.in-addr.arpa lb._dns-sd._udp.107.244.1.10.in-addr.arpa

    Working now - changing from NextDNS to Quad9 TLS. Odd. Maybe something to do with CG-Nat or iptables.

    For those who use NextDNS with their blocking list and enabling DNS rebind on router instead of Nextdns's killall dnsmasq; dnsmasq --log-async --bogus-nxdomain=0.0.0.0 Thanks @ColinTaylor
