    Its blinking like hell so its tring to connect to the WLAN without success. Sadly even after a reboot of the device its now not possible to connect them again.. Somehow I don't see any DHCP messages in the log

    Just to throw my 50 cent into the round, I have the problem that if I reboot my router no of my clients will connect to the guest Network IP range again, they all get a 192.168.1.x IP address instead of a .2.x one. I have to restart each device that it will work again.. :(

    I am now a little bit confused.. I had to reinstall stubby to be able to execute that command, but now the installation worked and stuppy could be started.. Anyway, here the bottom line: Result: Config file syntax is valid.

    Yeah youre right, arp -a also reports the "?" as hostname. Sadly I can't remember if it reported the hostename in the normal wlan as I have all network devices renamed :D Changed the dns to empty and I can confirm that DNS is working now as I have connected my laptop to the guest network...

    Don't know why but update didn't work for me, told me that it can't fetch the latest version. Had to install it manual over the old version. Afterwards the update function worked again too!

    Changing AC88U to a AX88u ?

    As the data sheet says its supporting link aggregation and I don't think the jffs partition is sorted out on this device so everything should work like it did on the ac88u. I would of course prefere the AX, it has a much better CPU and the double of RAM.

    Hi Jack Yaz, just a silly quick question: Does the script really not work on an AC88U or hasn't anyone tested it on this device yet? I really want to use it for my ip webcam and things like that to get these devices out of my LAN. Thank you in advance!

    Just for my understanding: It would not be possible anymore to check with a script on the router if a specified decive hostname is resolvable/reachable?
