    reformatting jffs missing

Hi, please note that your RT-AX88U Pro, like my GT-AX6000, is using UBIFS which is replacing the older JFFS2 filesystem, hence the option to format the JFFS2 partition is not there.,

    Why the firewall?

The impact on the Windows OS performance is really negligible but the benefits enabling it is very great. Your choice.

USB recommendations for Diversion / Skynet?

You have nothing to do, if needed by an addon then it will. In my case while I do have several addons and a swap file, it have never been solicitated for my GT-AX6000 while it was with the same addons on my retired RT-AC86U. Since your router have the same amount of RAM as mine then it is...

    [Help needed] GT-AX6000 cannot enable 2.4Ghz radio/band

Here is what you should be expecting to see for the 2.4 and 5GHz bands: From the OP comments its seems that the displayed page contains mixed informations from both bands, which is definitely weird.

Skynet SkyNet, What's going on? should I be concerned?

The problem is that too many people thinks that because they cannot visibly observe unusual activities that they are not subject to illegal intrusions and are operating in a secure environment.

Skynet SkyNet, What's going on? should I be concerned?

Please be aware that, every time you are on the Internet, you IP address is constantly monitored by various players (friendly and, more dangerous, unfriendly peoples) and Skynet is there to help prevent many of them to be successfully achieving their goals:

Skynet SkyNet, What's going on? should I be concerned?

This means that Skynet is doing what it is supposed to do; block IP addresses in the loaded blacklist. Here's mine:

    GT AX-6000 (Merlin): acsd: acs_set_chspec: 0xe872 (100/160) for reason ACS_CSTIMER message every 20 minutes

This is why, before customizing a router, I always wait a few days with the default settings to make sure that whatever spotted suspious/error messages were not caused by them (I also usually make one customization at a time to simplify the troubleshooting).

    GT AX-6000 (Merlin): acsd: acs_set_chspec: 0xe872 (100/160) for reason ACS_CSTIMER message every 20 minutes

Please note that I am using the proposed default settings (no customization).

    GT AX-6000 (Merlin): acsd: acs_set_chspec: 0xe872 (100/160) for reason ACS_CSTIMER message every 20 minutes

Hi Colin, You may be on something as I have just noticed that the OP posted log (and from DAOWAce in your linked post) seem to be from the basic "General Log" and not like mine which is enhanced by Scribe:

I have a GT-AX6000 with Wireless Mode on Auto on the 5GHz band and never saw this message so far.

    GT-AX6000 vs RT-AX86U ??

Same with me regarding the GT-AX6000, still have plenty (34%) of unused RAM and never have been forced to reboot the router, excepted for the firmware updates.
