    Probably is not the case of the Dropbear version included in the Asus and yours routers firmware, but Dropbear got SFTP support some where in time (eg v0.50). I see v2014.66 in my router which is a lot more recent than 0.50 and in fact I cannot connect to it using Filezilla. Not sure if Sftp...

    Having an option to export/import the openvpn configuration using the gui would be helpfull. Regardind your question, I think the files should be deleted and not renamed. Thanks.

    380.57 Possible port forwarding issue

    If for some reason your public ip changes very frequently, the connection will fail until the ddns service gets updated with the new ip each time it changes. So you may want to check how often your public ip is changed.

    Hello... I don't have anything monitoring but my ac87u has 380.57 and port forwarding seems to be working fine since ever. Just a shot in the dark... if you don't have a fixed ip service, how often is your public ip changing? Have you checked if your ddns service is working fine?

    RT-AC87U keeps locking up

    That's not my case. I had just one laptop connected to the 5GHz network. Everything else is connected to the 2.4 GHz network or via Ethernet (cabled).
