    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

Usually this means that one of your clients is 'stuck' issuing arp requests, which interrupts networkmap. I had one 'always on' device that would flip out like this maybe once a year. I looked at trying to do a fix, but trying to filter the arp code without breaking things got way too...

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

Well, I just recompiled everything....so it will be there just in case.... No harm, no foul :)

    How to install hexdump?

Way back when, @RMerlin and I sync'ed up our busybox options, and hexdump is one that I think got included (It's included in my LTS fork). With all the GPL churn, that work may have gotten lost. Maybe he can add a review to his to-do list.

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

I verified that adding that Makefile doesn't break anything on my end, so I'll pick that one up as well. Thanks again.

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

@st_ty_ When I push the next release, I'll pick up the missing files in a separate commit. I took care of items 3 thru 7, all but.... 5. Makefile is missing within pptpd/plugins-folder (/release/src/router/pptpd/plugins) of auswrt-merlin (John fork) repo There is no Makefile in that folder...

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

Tough to piece together history from almost 10 years ago, but I think we're caught in a sort of catch-22.... IPv6 conntrack originally seems to have come in with 2.6.15 as an experimental feature that needed to be enabled. That would generate a nf_conntrack_ipv6.ko module. That's what I...

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

No, sorry. Makefiles are still a bit of 'black magic' to me. I'm currently playing with 3 different router firmware distributions, and I had to tweak the Makefiles for each one to get them to compile in my environment (I'm currently using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS for all of them).

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

Some components, iptables being one, are tied to the SDK/kernel. They aren't 'off the shelf' releases. Anyway, build 52E6 will be up in while iin the development/beta folder. Hopefully will fix up IPv6 support.

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

I'm not aware of any problems with QoS on the MIPS routers....all of the reports have been that it works well. Did you factory reset and reformat jffs after loading the fork firmware?

Local DNS IP keeps deleting itself

Check your nvram usage on the tools page....if the available space is less than about 3K you can run into cases where nvram cannot be maintained.

    Merlin for RT-AC68Uv2 B1

If you decide to try my fork as the migration step, I've made a separate directory of builds I've done that have been used successfully for various models https://1drv.ms/f/s!Ainhp1nBLzMJrUrURsdDuWy5NzM7 EDIT: For future reference there are also non-fork/base Merlin builds for the AC88 and...

    Android/Modem WAN connection workaround

Don't know if this applies, but 52E3 did try and pick up some support for newer USB modems... NEW: Support for USB tethering of Novatel Verizon USB730L (untested)

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

Sorry, but that's correct. The N66U kernel is too old to support ipset v6.

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

Just a quick followup on the last question.... I keep the amtm version updated and included on the fork, but it's up to the individual addon developers to support or not support running on this fork (sometimes not for technical reasons). I don't use any addons, so don't have personal...

Help - Enable SSH access on remote RT-AC87U VPN Server by editing Config file...Is it Possible?

Are you sure you are logging in with https (specifically include https in the url). Not sure what will happen with both http/https set to the same port.

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

It will run on my fork on the AC68...not sure about the N66 (don't know if Skynet requires ipset v6...the N66 only supports ipset v4). Best to ask in the Skynet support forum.

    [ 386.4 alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

While working on another build, I found the latest version of wsdd2 is buggy (or exposes a bug in Windows...I didn't take the time to try and debug it). It will lose connection anytime Explorer is refreshed or Windows is rebooted. On the other build, I reverted to the last 2020 release which...

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

@Maverickcdn Couldn't quite tell from you last post....did you get it working? Maybe document what you did? (I did see that the older iptables didn't support seconds as you noted).

    Release [Fork] Asuswrt-Merlin 374 LTS release 52E3

No, wouldn't affect the operation. The change was just a bad integer format descriptor in the printf that printed the data.
