    Hi, Updated my Ax88U to .19, and got the unresponsive UI bug so i decided to reset. Had backed up settings and JFFS partition prior to format. Also ran the NVRAM backup utility from AMTM.     DOCSIS 3.0/3.1 Cable Modems and MOCA

    I've never fiddled with the checkmarks on the bands. I think D-Ext is the only one checked on mine. Never had any issues. Speedtests constantly come in at over 900mbps (usually 920-930), and this is with a PC testing through an adapter, so there's definitely no interference happening for me.

    No, never did manage to sign into the spectrum modem page to view this info. However, I have 3 of the Translite 2.5s, and they're all with 3500 phy rates on my spectrum gigabit with no issues. What's your phy rate on the ones you have setup now, prior to the gigabit install?

    It was a minor one, so I may try that in the future. For now, still not fully working. Tried another file download. it was properly categorized, and at 60% minimum, it was only downloading at 20 MB/sec. Paused my download, turned off QOS, resumed and it instantly shot up to about 100-110 MB/sec.

    Just noticed something. Did a test of a fast download, and saw the "web Surfing" category shoot up in speed, while "file transferring" remained idle. I guess its mis-categorizing it.     My issue is it seemed that when keeping the minimum low, and doing something else on my network (even just going to reddit), my download speed would plummet to like 7MB/s, and then just stay there.

    I would generally agree, except that on gigabit, the usual stuff doesn't need much bandwidth. In a 2 person household with 1 4K TV, streaming shouldn't need more than 5%.     Ah, interesting, I have changed these to add up to 100 now. Gave downloads 50% now and divvied the rest. Am seeing ~40MB/s, so maybe its working? And so if someone else is using even a small % of the network does that automatically kick in the limit?

    Well, it is spectrum... so there are the occasional slowdowns during congested hours. just want to make sure that Video Games are top priority, without throttling my downloads too much. Supposed to get Google Fiber by the end of the year (they already trenched and installed a node outside my place).
