Nope, max 20 Mbits (cdc_ncm high speed driver not used), I gave up and using a Dovado Tiny as bridge..... I have also signed a fiber contract and they will dig as soon the snow is gone. EDIT .3873 works just fine nevertheless after my nvram-reset yesterday!

    ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.3873

Ok, great answers! I also enabled ddns and no problem with that within the system log. It must be a ugly SSH solution from ASUS...... never seen such bombardment!

    ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.3873

OK, but I have not seen this "bombardment" before, maybe these events are suppressed with Merlin or John's firmware?? Or something else is changed?? Also got the time settings error within the admin page but it was just to change to Greenwich time and then back to my timezone as other users...

    ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.3873

OK, SSH was enabled and for sure a left-over from Merlin firmware. I couldn´t disable SSH from the administration page so I cleared nvram with Putty and mtd-erase2 nvram. Started from scratch and it seems this was a SSH bombardment mostly from chinese IP-adresses. Going to enable ddns later...

    3.0.0.4.374.5656 fixes 3G Dongles Huawei ?

Thanks, testing...... (hard work period so I haven't got time for testing) Still a mystery that a big company as ASUS cannot hire someone for fixing 3G/4G, maximum a week work....... nothing is "rocket-sciense"!! (all is open software) :(

    3.0.0.4.374.5656 fixes 3G Dongles Huawei ?

Yes.... but with latest ASUS firmware we must break the connection so we can use cdc_ncm and the script again. Or somehow unload the crappy driver which now loads, cdc_ether as I can see it. Otherwise we are trapped in latest Merlin build.....

    3.0.0.4.374.5656 fixes 3G Dongles Huawei ?

ASUS RT-AC68U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.376.1665 Looks like ASUS just reversed earlier working connection.:( They didn't bother adding new 4G modems and left everything with a crappy ppp-serial connection.... capped 20 Mbits.... :(
