    I do not use the guest network but I can try this out for you but probably until the weekend. So I am looking for total drop of internet when guest network is on or only on the guest network?

    Dirty upgraded on two RT-AC5300's to 41157 version - went really smooth... and so far - about 2 hours with one 5300 as a Airmesh 2.0 node with about 45 clients and no issues so far.

    Can the power setting like in the "wireless"-"professional" settings be changed in the node to adjust the output power of the node in AirMess 2? Can this be done via ssh if not by the web interface? Thanks

    I updated dirty flash from 9.0.0.4.386_40577 to Alpha 2 onto two RT-AC5300's. Firmware upgrade went fine to the node first and then the router. Router was up fast. Airmesh node did not come up automatically. Hard reset both router and node and did a new manual setup. Tried multiple times...

    Update.. it took a while to stabilize and get my devices bound to the nodes I wanted. Running around 40 devices including 4 Nest cameras on all the time. Internet Speed has a better throughput and I am not dropping devices any more. System has not been rebooted in 3 days.. so this is looking...

    Beta ASUSWRT 386 RC2 public beta with full functions AiMesh 2.0

    Updated to to RC7 on two of RT-AC5300's from Merlin firmware Factory reset after firmware install. Needed to load the firmware into the node as well as RC7 could not find the node with Merlin firmware and then set it up manually as a node - (not sure if that is normal as it has been a while)...

    Can you let us know why the reason for: Reboot the router with the USB drives removed three times in the next 10 to 15 minutes, waiting 5 to 10 minutes between each reboot. Thanks

    Release Asuswrt-Merlin 384.19 is now available

    Added an AIMesh Node with a second RT-AC5300 with Merlin 384.19 yesterday and the setup went great. As someone noted earlier I also had to Enable Roaming assistant to disconnect clients with RSSI lower than : -75 dBm to get it to pick up the clients I wanted.
