    My gut feeling is that it's solely the device that is having issues, but if just one device is having issues with random slow speed, or a disconnect, could it indicate an issue with my router? All other devices on the network behave just fine. My N66U is running the latest merlin fork. Thanks.

    The speed over ethernet is just fine, about 100-115 MBps. I did another transfer shortly after and the speed was more consistent. I was wondering if this has to do with interference management in the WiFi. I'm transferring a single large file.

    Connected to a N66U, downloading over 5Ghz N from a local share. The ups and downs seem to always follow a pattern. What is causing this? Interference? There is some congestion according to wifi analyzers. Thanks.

    Mesh or whatever we call it, I'm referring to being able to use 2 or more Orbis as "one network" and not as a repeater. Can multiple Orbis be set up as in a network where the router is separate?

    More on the experiment. I put the CCAs on 2.4 and my tablet on 2.4, and it did the same behavior. I'm currently testing it with them each on different WiFi bands (CCAs 2.4, tablet 5ghz). So far it seems stable. The issue seems to be if this one tablet is on the same band as the CCAs. Very weird...

    This is what actually got me questioning whether I should upgrade. I saw about 20+ of these, about several from different days. Not sure what triggered them. I haven't noticed any slow-down issues at all - just weird they were popping up.
