    Have had absolutely no Ethernet issues after I rebooted the Modem and router. In fact, my wife is working while connected to the Ethernet with absolutely no issues currently while I am experiencing these disconnects on WifI. The log I attached above will show this hopefully. Thanks.

    aaargh......the disconnect happened again this morning while I was in a meeting and I don't have the logs for it because I changed it to "notice" on Log only messages more urgent than. Changed it back to "All". Will send the log once another disconnect happens.

    Ok. What I meant to say was, I see wifi reconnecting 1 min after these messages pop up in the log. I had disconnected Ethernet and switched to wifi when I noticed first time that ethernet was dropping too. I will connect to Ethernet again and collect the log. Thanks.

    So, the disconnects still seem to happen but it is odd that my teams has not disconnected while this was happening.     Ok. I took your advice and flashed to 386.5_2. Also, did a factory reset and have the smart connect turned on. QoS remains off. WPS is off. In WAN/Internet Settings - changed DHCP query frequency to "Normal" from "Aggressive". I will give y'all an update on how it goes. Thanks for all your help...
