    I have the EdgeRouter X and TWC Maxx. I'm able to get well over 300 Mbps down no problem (TWC over-provisions in my area and I can get close to 360 Mbps down) as long as I have Smart Queue Management turned off. I don't really need QOS so not a problem for me. If you need QOS, then it will...
