    GT-AX6000 vs RT-AX86U ??

    ive just returned my GT-AX6000 and am still using my ax86u after a year, i noticed PERSONALLY that there is little to no real world difference in all aspects between the two models, if anything i think the ax86u i have runs better than the GT-AX6000 i had.

    It has cooled down a bit but that’s with the air conditioner on, it’s been a hot summer so far here in Australia

    2.4 GHz: 48°C - 5 GHz: 50°C - CPU: 73°C uptime of 7 days with 388.1 installed on my ax86u, (it has been running flawlessly thanks @RMerlin ) not worried just wondering if these temperatures are normal thanks.

    388.1 has been working flawlessly on my GT-AX6000, only problems is not getting full upload speed on fibre connection, ive worked around this by changing lan port 1 to be the wan port. this hopefully will be fixed when merlin merges the 21617 sdk from stock asus firmware which fixes slow speeds...

    using NBN using NBN in australia (aussie broadband) able to get full speeds using the latest stock tho so reverted back to that till there is a fix on merlin firmware.

    i have seen this in my syslog on my ax86u Aug 12 15:48:25 miniupnpd: it is advised to use network interface name instead of 192.168.50.1/255.255.255.0 how to fix? or this normal thanks.

    AX86u not showing assured on udp connections unless AiProtection or game boost is enabled

    I even notice it when gaming everything feels better such as hit registration in first person shooters when those udp connections show up as assured

    I’ve read that post, doesn’t explain why the udp connections are ASSURED when I enable ai protection or game boost. Once I turn them off all my udp connections go back to UNREPLIED Also that post was from 8 years ago…

    Hey guys, as the title states im not able to get my udp connections to show up as ASSURED in system log -> connections on my AX86u unless i have Ai protection or game boost active. is this a known issue or is it just me. Thanks !
