@arthurlien This doesn't seem to be happening today. Did something change? Did you guys get into my router and change something or is this totally random? I also don't see all the net rate limit/callbacks messages anymore.

[Official Release] AiMesh Firmware v3.0.0.4.384.20308 for All Supported Products

Ok...So.. I have an RT-AC86U that supports Smart Connect as my main. I have an RT-AC1900P as a node. I'm pretty sure the AC1900p didn't support Smart Connect from a few firmware revisions ago. With AiMesh, I only sign into the GUI of the Main Router RT-AC86U. How do I know what features...

[Official Release] AiMesh Firmware v3.0.0.4.384.10007 for All Supported Products

This is happening now without RDP even being involved. Log with notes. Seems like AiMesh (over ethernet) seems to reconnect whenever my PC reconnects. Here is the log with my notes while it happened. If I don't do anything, it seems like it takes 5 minutes for PC1 to reconnect on it's own...

[Official Release] AiMesh Firmware v3.0.0.4.384.10007 for All Supported Products

I had that issue when I first started up my RT-AC86u. I would see Obi202 3-4 times with different IP addresses and different MAC addresses. I think I manually renamed things, once I knew what they were.

[Official Release] AiMesh Firmware v3.0.0.4.384.10007 for All Supported Products

@arthurlien Anything else I can do to help debug this? The feedback option in my router RT-AC86u doesn't seem to work. It tells me that it can't connect and to copy and paste text into an email. This happened to me today again... PC1 already booted up PC2 press power button to resume...

ASUS RT-AC86U Dual Band AC2900 Wireless Router Reviewed

I can't get mine to slow down now.... no idea why it was slow at first. BTW...with a different router, your router may get assigned a different IP address from Comcast/Xfinity. The routing or speed could potentially be different. You could try cloning the MAC from your old router or a PC and...

ASUS RT-AC86U Dual Band AC2900 Wireless Router Reviewed

I guess I should do more testing to figure out what setting caused or prevented me from getting full speed. I'll mess around when I get a chance and figure it out.

Ok. Changed roaming threshold on 2.4ghz from -55 to -65. This seems to have fixed it. I didn't think that would work because my device seemed to have a strong signal.

[Official Release] AiMesh Firmware v3.0.0.4.384.10007 for All Supported Products

So. Getting back to debugging. If we find bugs, what's the best way to let Asus know about them? Create a ticket? Or post in here? I have a few that I posted without any response.

Do Asus reps read these forums? Just wondering if I should create some kind of ticket with Asus.
