That's probably what happened to @maghuro, he rebooted the router too early. I've noticed the screen update isn't sync the normal way(slow) as it shows to reboot manually at the end even if the upgrade hasn't finished. Be carefull when you see this message, wait it out a bit until you see the...

    kernel: br0 / eth2 messages

FIOS used to use Actiontecs but since moved on to another brand. I got cr1000A made by wistron neweb(taiwanese) from them with 10G WAN and one 10G, two 2.5 LAN ports that is working very well in bridge mode.

    kernel: br0 / eth2 messages

I'm not familiar with the brand but observe if it's still unstable first thing to check is to make sure all the cables are firmly connected and not loose . If it still is unstable you might have to use another moca brand but first see if the hitron's firmware can be updated.

    kernel: br0 / eth2 messages

Yes, that's fine. Now, not all MOCA bridges are equal specially the one connected directly to the router better if it's rated MOCA 2.5 as it's full duplex and if there is a coaxial splitter involved make sure it's rated up to 1675Mhz. I have all rooms in MOCA network working very well with...

    kernel: br0 / eth2 messages

Can you elaborate more how you setup your MOCA network? I'm not sure why you have the MOCA bridge connected to the WAN port it's suppose to be in your LAN network.

I think RMerlin removed the bottom part of Tools-->sysinfo ethernet ports.

That's how I interpreted it, not connected if the signature is not valid(invalid, expired, missing) and showing green which means it correctly identified bad/good items.

amtm amtm 4.9 - the Asuswrt-Merlin Terminal Menu, June 30, 2024 (locked thread)

I have edited my OP but I always thought haveged is an entware item so if there is a script to install it, it will come from entware repository? Pardon my ignorance if this is not true.

amtm amtm 4.9 - the Asuswrt-Merlin Terminal Menu, June 30, 2024 (locked thread)

I don't know if entware haveged needs to be started with unbound manager, RMerlin's firmware @RMerlin comes with haveged builtin. This is the question I've been wanting to ask as which one to use if you're using unbound. If they are equal maybe unbound script executable should not include...

iPhone connecting to single stream after low power mode

Is this speed while using the wireless? How do you measure the speed? With a good server close to you, you should at least get half of 1200 Mbps but there are some factors that influence the wireless speeds common factor are crowded channels. So run some tests on differend channels and see...

iPhone connecting to single stream after low power mode

This is normal with IOS and iPadOS when you have the Battery settings 'Low Power Mode" toggled on. It temporarily reduces background activity like downloads and mail fetch until you can "fully" charge the iPhone. Switching to single stream is part of the process in trying to extend the battery...

Ah so it's with a certain ONT. But yes, the 2.5 G wAN port's driver was shakey with verizon's ONT also in previous firmware but was corrected 4 firmwares ago.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 is now available for select models

Your crash has to do with diversion logging related to httpds which I don't experience. If that's the case and you seems to be satisfied with your findings I'll be staying in the sideline. Good luck.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 is now available for select models

This isn't dnsmasq crash. It's related to httpds probably caused by pixelserve. Try diversion lite and see what happens.

That's good, taught you might want to explore to pinpoint to the develeloper the direction to squash the bug. It helps them to track the problem. Anyway, good luck.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 is now available for select models

If diversion logging works for me why does it not for you? Your USB stick used to have UIdivstat installed I'm thinking there might be a corrupted data, is it easy for you to start from scratch with your addons? Uninstall all addons so it removes remnant files from jffs then format the usb...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 388.2 is now available for select models

If I were to choose a poison, I think number 5 might be the contributing factor to your problem. I have 20 manually assigned static clients through the GUI, I let others be dynamic specially mobile phones that I don't control ( nowadays the privacy IP is on everything) since I know the router...
