5 days uptime on AC88U, no issues so far.

Why is there no support for the RT-AX92U?

Not really. It's just that I just bought the AC88U and I'm not sure I made the right choice when looking at the future. Especially looking at the latency improvements.

Why is there no support for the RT-AX92U?

I take it it's similar to an already existing model?

Why is there no support for the RT-AX92U?

I was looking to buy a new device and I'm torn between the AX92U and the AX56U. I see there's no support for the former; I'd like to know if it's meant to come in the future or if it's not going to happen for some reason. Any recommendation on which is better in terms of hardware is welcome...

    [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 Beta / 384.13_9 is now available

First one says E0 and the other one returns nothing.

    [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 Beta / 384.13_9 is now available

If I disable that checkbox and select 80 MHz bandwidth, that command returns 0. But the checkbox keeps appearing (unchecked). If I enable the checkbox and select 160 MHz bandwidth, the command returns 1, the <select> box shows 160 MHz, but the checkbox remains unchecked.

    [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 Beta / 384.13_9 is now available

Good catch. I'm talking about the AC88U

    [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 Beta / 384.13_9 is now available

On the 88U, the following checkbox has appeared: Not sure if it's meant to appear, since after checking it and choosing 160 MHz it gets unchecked in the next page load. I also don't know if 5G networks with a bandwidth of 160 MHz are supported on this router, or exist at all..

    [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 Beta / 384.13_9 is now available

Been using the AC88U version for 12 hours now, no problems thus far, but my configuration is nothing fancy.

    [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.18 Beta / 384.13_9 is now available

Is this a common occurrence for this model?

5G network crashing on an AC86U

It kept happening again and again, I just returned it and got an 88U instead. We'll see how it goes.

    Memory Usage at 97%

That RAM usage widget would benefit from not including the disk buffers in the "used" count. Anybody who uses the media server feature will see their RAM is almost full which sounds like a problem, which it isn't. https://www.linuxatemyram.com/

Solved Nordvpn.com and Nordcdn.com? Same thing?

I must say, though, for a "security" company it is a terrible idea to use a lookalike domain (nordvpn vs nordcdn) to host their software. They should've gone with cdn.nordvpn.com or something similar instead of making users suspicious of phishing attacks or being served malware.

Solved Nordvpn.com and Nordcdn.com? Same thing?

https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/cdn/what-is-a-cdn/ Also, I haven't downloaded the file, but I assume it is digitally signed. You can check the digital signature and see if it is valid and if it is signed by the entity you expect (NordVPN themselves, but could be any other service)...

    Ac86u issues

That's a fair point, I had never thought of that (I've used iperf3 in many environments, but CPU has never been a factor I've had to consider previously).

    Ac86u issues

    Sorry, that's what I meant. AC86U. And iperf3 is at /usr/bin/iperf3

    Ac86u issues

Perhaps recently. My AC68U with Merlin 384.15 comes with iperf3.

    Ac86u issues

    Any clarification?
