    I did... but didn't understand the link between my Asus router rebooting because of AWS IOT? I have a blink doorbell and a fire stick TV... So those two devices are randomly doing something that causes the router to restart? That's why I asked here... I'm confused on the link between the two!

    I didn't buy yet... But been reading and re-reading many review and specs and test... etc. And made me realized that you are right... yes the AX88Upro is the newest but still many things to prove. The gt-ax6000 doesn't. Both firmware wise are now the same from Asus... and both support Merlin...

    if it shows this: Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0bda:8156 Does it means the chipset is not the 8156B it's a normal 8156??

    Is there config that needs to be changed to activate higher speed from the usb dongle? On my ISP modem it's connected 2.5G On my ax88u i see usb0: 2500 mbit/s downlink 2500 mbit/s uplink in the logs. But unable to get faster. This is what I have:

    The modem from my ISP has a 2.5Gbps port and my speed from the modem is 1.6Gbps/1Gbps This is why I want to be able to share that speed to my network. Right now I'm limited to 850/850

    When you have over of 50 devices with reserved IP it becomes easier to reassign those IP addresses and details when you reset your router with a restore of a file. I also prefer the whole amtm package to install those apps it becomes more user friendly
