FlexQoS FlexQoS 1.0 - Flexible QoS Enhancement Script for Adaptive QoS

RT-AC1900P.... FlexQOS GUI unavilable. AMTM indicates hotfix available but never seems to install it. Get a 404 error on the user page (192.168.1.1/user1.asp). I also tried manually installing after a JFFS reformat. FlexQOS appears to be running, however. FlexQoS v1.0.6 released 2020-11-23...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

RT-AC1900P coming from 384.19 (known good reset and restore after playing briefly with Alpha 2 & 4). I finally bit the bullet and did a full reset and manual reconfig after a "dirty" upgrade to beta1. With 30 devices, two VPNs, and a media server, it took about two hours to get everything...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

I'm getting a LOT of "kernel: TCP: time wait bucket table overflow" entries in the log. And a curious "possible DNS-rebind attack detected: sinkhole.netmng.com" entry. Dec 6 10:42:44 kernel: net_ratelimit: 237 callbacks suppressed Dec 6 10:42:44 kernel: TCP: time wait bucket table overflow...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

Does your WAN stay up if you stop/start a client? I'm experiencing that right now.

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

I should point out that I am using an ATT modem in "not quite bridge mode," which passes the modem IP to the router. I deleted the PIA config file (which I generated new using the new PIA web tool) and it still happens using my other, main VPN config. I blanked both configs, rebooted, and...

Beta Asuswrt-Merlin 386.1 Beta is now available

RT-AC1900P....Any changes to VPN client setting results in dropped WAN. This was the case with Alpha 2 & 4 as well. I can restore WAN connection by going to the WAN settings and simply hitting the "Apply" button. I am running two VPN clients.

Did you try deleting the old key?

    [Thread-1] [ 386.1_Alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

I had the same experience. Had to do a hard reset and restore back to .19.

    [Thread-1] [ 386.1_Alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

WAN connection continually drops and UI unstable. Back to 19 for now. Looking forward to beta! I am using an ATT modem in "not quite bridge mode" where it passes its IP address to the router. Connection is excellent under 19. Problem with PIA VPN client wanting cipher added: Nov 3 18:46:58...

    [Thread-1] [ 386.1_Alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

In the "negotiable ciphers" field, using the format with a colon. I put the BF-CBC first, followed by the colon, per their format. (I rolled back to 384.19, and this was no longer necessary).

    [Thread-1] [ 386.1_Alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

I had a similar issue with this result in the log: OPTIONS ERROR: failed to negotiate cipher with server. Add the server's cipher (B'F-CBC') to --data-ciphers (currently 'CHACHA20-POLY1305:AES-128-GCM:AES-256-GCM:AES-128-CBC:AES-256-CBC') if you want to connect to this server. I am using the...

    [Thread-1] [ 386.1_Alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

I had a few issues and quickly rolled back to 384.19: First try at upgrading failed. Router stayed at 384.19. Upgrade worked after hard reboot. Any changes to VPN client would drop WAN connection. Would reconnect with ethernet cable unplug/plug. AMTM failed to check for script updates. Looking...

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 384.19 is now available

I had to change router IP to .254 in order to get these to resolve.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 384.19 is now available

For some reason, the time didn't update, which caused VPN clients to fail with the log entry below. I rebooted and it still wouldn't update. I changed the NTP server from default pool to north-america.pool.ntp.org and it updated. Just an FYI in case anyone else has VPN issues after the upgrade...

Release [Beta] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.19 beta is now available

Samba speeds on my connected USB3 drive have dropped from 10mbps to 2.5. No other changes. Using smb v2.

    Release [ 384.19_Alpha Build(s) ] Testing available build(s)

Alpha 3 seems to have fixed the issue I was experiencing with DNS leaks using a VPN client set to "Exclusive." I no longer have to toggle the VPN to prevent leaks.

Release [Test] Asuswrt-Merlin 384.19 - OpenVPN test builds

Working fine with PIA. Initially, the "Exclusive" DNS setting wasn't working, but changing to Relaxed and back to Exclusive fixed the leaks.

Asus router as a client. I have two separate commercial VPN services running on the router. Apologies for the confusion.
