    I manually assign most of my lan enabled devices an ip address under LAN/DHCP SERVER, nothing changed when updated on 2 of my routers AC68W, AC68U. We also have about 10 apple devices on my network, no wireless connection issues.

    One feature I thought about when using Open VPN and PIA, when using a specific server, will there ever or could there ever be a feature to have more than one server listed. For example, I have mine VPN setup to disconnect everyone on the network upon vpn going down on the current server...

    Did a whooops and updated to E4 without thinking about it, glad to went back to L6 without issues lol o_O Ya it comes from the sys tray, click it opens a browser window, thats about it, close it and wonder why it thinks it isn't connect when it clearly is.

    I have noticed that when I reboot the router, all systems had the yellow questions mark with that network dialog box saying this connection requires additional login, but lan connections were all connected already and working.     Thanks John for the firmware update 31L6 has been a very big throughput boost, whatever magic you did worked. :) :D:) I even got thumbs up from the fam and if they happy its all good. (Upgraded the firmware while they were they were in:rolleyes: middle of a tv show, opps) :eek:

    @1200/666 on my AC68U I get 2398.61, The AC68W come stock at 1000/800, never checked at the stock speeds. cat /proc/cpuinfo in putty ssh after your logged in will give you that info Using Merlin/John LTS fork 3.0.0.4.374.43_2-30L2j9527

    I been on PIA for more than 2 years and get a consistent 60-80mbps on my Asus AC68W using Open VPN with Merlin/John LTS build and overclocked it to 1400/800 and my ISP is Charter 100/10 connection with the SB6183 modem. But even this is beginning to become not enough with so many devices...

    This link is going to the A7 build for some reason, so if you need the A9 build make sure you click the test builds tab and get the correct version and not do what I just did and download the same version again and uploaded to router not paying attention. I blame my tired eyes lol Thanks again John.

    My AC68W is running the Alpha, running lighting fast no issues so far, but when I tried it on my AC68U it has some quirky issues, not all sure what it was but the whole fam had issues with webpages loading, page stalling, loaded back 28E2 for now make them all happy. Haven't loaded on my AC66U...

    Anyone have a script to force the rear LED light off on the AC68U, or AC68W? It doesn't turn off with the button on the back.

    No issues running of the beta 26B6 on both my AC68W, AC68U routers, the Client Status are populated as normal. Did not test 25E8.
