Each Firefox download has a unique identifier

Maybe I'm misreading you comment, but Apple didn't fork Webkit, they forked KHTML and created Webkit in 2005, which Google (Chromium project) forked into Blink back in 2013. Webkit and Blink are quite different today, and probably can be considered two different egines.

Each Firefox download has a unique identifier

I believe the idea is to confuse the trackers with incomplete data, and not completely be invisible and off-the-grid, no?

News Here we go. Qualcomm announces Wi-Fi 7 chipset

Providing Rmerlin with "free" routers is a very cheap way for Asus to get quality firmware fixes and improvements in return. I'd say Rmerlin is underpaid by Asus.

Release Asuswrt-Merlin 386.5 is now available

Dirty upgrade from 386.4_2, didn't remove any USB sticks, cables or anything. Let it sit for 30 minutes and "settle down". Rebooted, and have been working flawlessly for 3 days straight. Thanks Rmerlin :)

    386.5 Alpha1?

Here’s what is new in GPL46065. Is there any place to find info on changelogs of specific GPLs? Merlins releases and Asus’ own doesn’t always match up. This time Merlin 386.5 happened to coincide with an official Asus release for the AC68U

V386.4 did some strange things to my RT-AC88U

Complete factory resets usually fixes any problems on electronic devices from phones, to computers to routers. I tend to them every year or so. Happy your problem is fixed.

V386.4 did some strange things to my RT-AC88U

Ouff, you’re referring the poor guy to a thread of 26 pages with tons of people posting about very specific to them issues with the beta, clustered together with lots of «dirty upgrade no problems here» that’s not nice haha. Usually if you have problems with updating your firmware it’s due to...

Skynet Help needed to understand: Skynet blocks suspicious IPs but they're not showing up in the firewall log on Mac. Am I hacked?

@Tech9 Different threads, slightly different questions, but I agree, this one is similar to the previous one. It's not a blocking obsession, it's more of a "novice's obsession". I want to understand what is going on, and learn why it's happening. The previous thread didn't really answer my...

Skynet Help needed to understand: Skynet blocks suspicious IPs but they're not showing up in the firewall log on Mac. Am I hacked?

iCloud Private Relay is not operating on that mac, so it's unaffected. Can I get the actual skynet outbound log messages from the gui or is it only from the terminal?

Skynet Help needed to understand: Skynet blocks suspicious IPs but they're not showing up in the firewall log on Mac. Am I hacked?

I need some help to understand what is going on. Also I'm sorry, I'm sure you get tons of these posts, but this is worrying me. TL;DR Skynet blocks outbound connections to certain IPs in asia. These IPs don't show up in the firewall network monitor app I'm using on the mac to find out which...

Best alternative addons to AIProtection on AX86U?

    1) it disables all filtering and security and reverts to being a regular dns that resolves domains, nothing more nothing less. me and my spouse averaged 200,000 -280,000. More often closer to 200k than 300k. decided to pay for a quality DNS and keep it alive. 2$/month is nothing for such s great...
